“The Tribe” is an online media and news agency based in West Bengal, India. Their brand statement—“We tell stories the mainstream media ignores”—reflects their commitment to covering a diverse range of topics. From labor and food to politics, construction, history, sports, world affairs, local culture, health, education, and art, they aim to provide comprehensive and insightful content.
Their primary objective is to focus on grassroots stories and promote local history, culture, and events. In a crowded landscape of online media agencies constantly bombarding audiences with information, they strive to stand out. Not only do they differentiate themselves through their unique approach as a service provider, but they also prioritize an engaging visual appeal.
“The Tribe” embodies the upliftment of individuals often overlooked by mainstream media. Their purpose is to serve as a platform, broadcasting the concerns, emotions, and cultural richness of these marginalized voices.
The symbol features a central “T,” representing the company, acting as a podium for the people’s voice. On either side, two hands lift it—an emblem of both inclusion and equal empowerment.
